SMART errors - need help to interpret

Hi

 

I had a write-error occur a couple of weeks back so pulled the drive and replaced with another. Just got round to looking at the drive and see the SMART report shows errors but I don't know what they mean. Should I be worried? I'm going to run a long SMART test on the drive and possibly the pre-clear script as well.

    3. Adjust your preference.
