Ubuntu 17.10 1080p Doesn't Work

Running unRAID 6.4.1. Trying to setup a VM with Ubuntu 17.10 with the VNC video but it goes all funny when I try to set the resolution to anything higher than 1280x720. Not sure what's going on?

 

In the VM's log I see a bunch of these:
