Network Settings change now UNRAID will not start web interface

I made a change to my network setting while trying to get my gpu passthroughand RDP to work in Windows VM and now I cannot get mu server to boot to the web interface. I believe it is something I did to the ethernet connection. Please help. I am using Unraid version 6.4

    How are you trying to connect to the webUI? Have you tried the IP address?

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
