I don't know how to explain it other than the unRAID OS in GUI Mode has tiny font. So small, I can't read when I look at the Start/Lime Menu entry for "Midnight Commander". I wouldn't care so much, if it all just meant that the other programs would work great, but it doesn't. Midnight commander also starts really small. I can't read anything, when the Midnight Commander window opens up.

 

I need to find a way to change the Desktop Environment font for unRAID GUI Mode... any ideas?

When you refer to DE (which I assume you  mean Desktop Environment)  are you looking at on a monitor connected directly to the server or are looking at it with a browser on another computer?  Since you mention the mc, am I correct in assuming that you are using a terminal program to run mc and that terminal is the one which is now a part of the unRAID GUI in the latest unRAID version?"
