Guys I updated to fresh 6.4.1 and now it is not detecting my second network port (eth1), what should I do?

I am using a Lenovo ThinkServer RD650 E5-2609 v4, 16GB DDR4, 720ix+1GB, 1100W PSU

4x 8TB WD Red Pro Drives + 1Tb Samsung Evo SSD

Network: LENOVO ThinkServer 4XC0F28741 INTEL X540-T2 ANYFABRIC 10GB 2 PORT Ethernet

I updated to 6.5 and still the eth1 is not shown but after 5 to 10 reboots it shows but the interface not showing any cpu processes and any reboot cause the issue to happen over and over.

No NICs are being detected. Have you tried reseating the card or trying it in a different PCIe slot?
