I would guess that its because of this that you've added to your syslinux.cfg

i915.alpha_support=1

hello, 

yes I have. 

I own an intel i8700k and would like to use HW transcoding in a plex docker .

I added the following in the go file:
modprobe i915
chown -R nobody: users / dev / dri
chmod -R 777 / dev / dri

 

Hw transcoding works. is there a better or more stable solution?

 

without i915.alpha_support = 1 I think it did not work.
