Device is disabled, Contents emulated just showed up on my 3rd disk. Did a BRTS Scrub said o errors. Smart test was ok. I am VERY CONFUSED.

Can someone please help? What do I do now?

Disk dropped offline so there' no SMART, possibly a cable issue, power down, check cables and post new diags.

Scrub checks the filesystem and checksums, not the disk itself.

Disk has a failing SMART attribute and should be replaced:

Make sure you have notifications enable so you get warned when there are SMART issues.
