2nd sas9220-8i not being detected by unraid

I have 2 sas9220-8i cards I flashed into m1015 IT mode a while back.  I'm in the middle of trying to make the switch to unraid, and any HDDs plugged into one of the cards is not detected.  The other card is working as expected.  If I boot back into windows, I can see the HDDs attached to both cards.

 

If I only have one card plugged in, either one works fine.
