Windows VM stops working continuiesly after accidental ISO file deletion

I have a Windows 10 virtual machine which doesn't work properly anymore. What happend? Somehow I deleted the Virto Driver ISO and the OS install ISO. After this event I downloaded the driver (same Version) and created a new ISO install image for Windows 10. After that I could start the VM again, but the VM stops working after some hours or several minutes. Here is the VM log:
