March 7, 20188 yr Describe what exactly you mean by shutting down. Do you still have drives and fans spinning? Does it start a clean shutdown process by itself? What do you have to do to recover? Extrapolating from what you have posted so far, I'm inclined to think massive CPU overheating, or PSU failure. Check the CPU heatsink and fan, make sure they are firmly attached and functional.
