Since there are lots of Norco 4224/4220 being used by unRAID users, are there any alternatives?

    SuperMicro are building very nice servers, but it will cost more than Norcos..

    Be aware of noise. Apparently these are very loud machines, with noisy fans. If you have a remote basement, nice. I live in apt. and it would be server or wife.
