unraid docker and windows not working sometimes

In the couple of days I have been using unRAID I have had a couple of times where the Terminal window would not open up and today I had an issue where one of my Docker containers would not work.  The solution I did was to clear my browser history and then when I tried again the issues were fixed.  While I am happy this solved my issue I find it frustrating that I have to do this and makes the process of using my PC inconvenient.  Is there some other issue here that I should be looking for.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
