I followed this guide 

 and I got my Intel HD audio to show up and I selected it. I installed drivers on windows 7 and 10 vms. But my audio just does not work. 

 

I got a Intel I7-4790k CPU. Gigabyte SOC z97 / 32gb ddr 3 2400 mhz ram.

This is my win 10 vm.

I asked in several places, several times over several days about intel iGPU audio passthru, and never got a single response.  i don't even know if it's supposed to work, or if it works for others.
