March 24, 20188 yr Are there any good guides that someone wouldn't mind sharing with me on how to probably set up and configure your SSD cache drive for 6.5? I'm new and I assigned my SSD as a cache and I think it's operating correctly. But I want to make sure. Could use a good guide that shows me how to configure when it moves things from the cache to the HDD. How do I go about setting up if, for example, my cache drive is 250GB and I'm transferring over a lot of files, say 400GB... that once the SSD is full it'll just auto write to the drives correctly. Is there anything fancy I need to do to set up things like my Plex Server to use the cache drive for anything important, such as transcoding ( see people recommend using your SSD for transcoding, but I'm unsure how to set things like that up). Just need some good guides (anything with visuals is best, at least for me.)
