Private web proxy, bypass school blocks?

Is there any docker app I can configure on my unraid box to run as a remote web proxy so I can bypass dns blocks on a locked down computer at school/work.

Something like :

I currently run letsencrypt and duckdns to access my sonarr/radarr which works fine. Id just love to be able to have my own /proxy as most of those 'popular' ones are also blocked
