Networking Error

Featured Replies

Hello,

I recently had to swap out a new ISP modem and router. Since then, unraid has been acting up and I can't seem to fix it. If I launch a terminal session from the GUI, I can't even ping google.com.

Other (assuming related) issues:

- Can't show plugin versions

- Can't update docker images (also can't ping github.com)

- Very slow OpenVPN docker (which used to max my internet connection)

I should note that I've reverted back to using default factory settings on my ISP's Arris modem/router. All other computers on the network are working fine with the new settings.

I appreciate any support,

Rob

Since replacing and resetting your router have you rebooted unRAID?

I'm fairly certain I did a couple times.

I received my replacement Ubiquiti gear and all is working fine again. Thanks for your help John_M.
