March 30, 20188 yr While unraid is booting on my machine; first time ever doing this; it states near the end “cannot find device “bond0” and then after a little bit more code which I don’t understand, it says “unRAID Server OS Version : 6.5.0” Then giving me an IPv4 address but next to the IPv6 address, it says “ not set.” I have absolutely no idea what bonding is, and I’m trying to get this to work on my old windows 7 machine, but when I search the IP address Microsoft edge (On my windows 10 machine) says “Hmmm…can’t reach this page” that drives me insane; and the same thing happens if I search https://tower
May 1, 20188 yr I'm new to Unraid myself, and tried just about everything but 169.x.x.x address and cannot type, and the came across this post below. I was using brand new 32gb Samsung flash drives, then I formatted an old 16gb USB 2.0 Patriot drive and boots up no issue, grabs IP address and can type in the command prompt. Try a different USB drive, run the makebootable batch file as admin, then try.
