After i change one disk with one larger and rebuild has finished, i get a notification about another drive that has errors.

i replaced disk 6 with larger and after rebuild,  disk 11 have errors now. All other disk included parity haven't errors.

what i must do to correct this? replace disk with errors and rebuild from parity?

Can't speak for the previous ones since the syslog only covers the last rebuild but disk11 needs to be replaced, also note that because of the read errors on disk11 during the rebuild disk6 will have some corrupt file(s).

Disk 6 is empty because I am in transition to change it from reisef to xfs all the array

Then you just need to replace disk11.
