Unable to access webUI

Hey guys, my Unraid system was working flawlessly for the past 2 months but until yesterday it totally crapped out on me. I’m unable to access the webUI. I only use my system as a Plex media server. I looked into the devices that are attached to my network and no matter how many times i reset the router or my computer, my Unraid system does not seem to come up. I’m unsure as to how to approach this and what I can do to at least get into the UI and see whats wrong. Any suggestions? I’m hoping that maybe if I update to 6.5.0 it’ll be more stable or solve the problem. 
I can attach a keyboard and monitor to it, but then what? 

Thanks so much for any advice and help! Hoping to get back to binging soon! 

current set up: Ryzen 1500 Gigabyte AB350. Unraid 6.4.1
router: netgear AC1600 R6250

    Login at the command line and type 'diagnostics', then shutdown and get the diagnostics zip from flash and post it.
