[SOLVED] Problem with bridge networking at GPU passthrough

I have a Windows 10 VM with an Nvidia 1070 Ti successfully passed through and all works fine when I use just the default br0 bridge network based on my onboard gigabit NIC. I recently installed a Mellanox ConnectX-2 10 GBe card and added a second virtual NIC to the Windows 10 VM bridged to the Mellanox as br2. Upon starting the VM, I lose networking. GPU passthrough continues to work but no networking. If I remove the GPU and use VNC, both network adapters work fine in the VM.

 

Any ideas?

 

[EDIT] Got it working somehow by playing with network settings in windows 10.
