spencerdf Posted April 15, 2018 Share Posted April 15, 2018 I installed 2 e5-2667 v2 processors (used w/ warranty) into my unraid server which has been running stable for some time now with 2x e5-2630's. I figured with the upgrade that I should isolate cpus and get the most out of my gaming VM. So I isolated all cores from the second processor, 8-15 & 24-31, and assigned them to a gaming vm. The server crashes after 20-30 minutes. I remove the unraid isolation and the server remains stable for over 24 hours and to confirm rebooted with core isolation, server crashes.
