Your docker image is corrupt, delete and recreate.

 

P.S. next time please post your diagnostics instead.

An expired trial will keep you from starting the array. You can still see settings and plugins, but the array must be started to view dockers.

quite the opposite in my case, the array is started, but i can't see my docker apps, can't figure out the life of me how to purchase a key

That's expected wit a corrupt docker image.
