Hard Lockups

I've been having some periodic hard lockups over the past few weeks and I dont know why or what to do. The system fans are still running but will not respond to ping and nothing is on the monitor, just a locked up login screen. Looking for some assistance.

 

I've uploaded the syslog tail and last diag file from the troubleshooting mode.

    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
