What makes you think no drives are being seen?   According to the syslog 6 drives are being seen.

6 are on motherboard  8 are on h310 (500gb drive)

was working with aoc controller but was unstable same connector ???

Are the connectors mating properly with the ones on the card? I found them to be particularly tight on my H310s.

see the controller with good firmware but no drive on the controller

I'd re-flash it and include a BIOS. Then see if the card detects the disks at POST.

now i have the bios loaded but No unassigned disks available ??

I think is SATA 1.5Gb/s not compatible with dell h310 can someone confirm that statement.

I remember having read about a similar problem in this forum.

IIRC it was indeed a bad configured disk.

I will do some research and see if I can find the post again.

I'm sorry, but I can't find the related post.

I don't think the controller is not compatible with SATA I specification.

In fact, the drives you mention are SATA II according to the data sheet.

Are there any jumpers on the drives?

I remember the solution in that mentioned post referred to a wrong jumper setting.
