No Webgui after unraid update

Featured Replies

I lost the webgui after updating unraid. I can access my files through the network, and I can ssh into my server. Here is my syslog file.

Noooooo, fuck me. I just did now. So yeah I can see there are some pre-check list items I should have done. Ok, so with that out of the way I was going to try doing a clean install on the usb key and copy over my key and super.dat file. I dont mind losing any plug in information. All I am running is plex. and yes I have a space in my server name. Should I just edit my ident.cfg file and put a underscore in my server name?

old name: "Media server"

New name should be: "Media_server"

???

Underscore is an illegal character. Better to call it "Media-server".

whelp, I guess now is a good time to take it outside and blow out the dust bunnies, since my usb key is inserted into the motherboard and not on the back I/O port. I will report back in about 20 min if it worked. If it does not work, will a clean install still be an option? Copying over pro.key and super.dat?

Clean install shouldn't be necessary. Worst case download 6.3.5, copy all bz* files from the download to flash, boot up, then take care of everything in the notes before updating to latest.

well changing the server name to Media-server inside the ident file did not work. I will follow your advice trurl, just downloaded 6.3.5. I will copy the three bz files over and report. Thank you for the help. I appreciate it.
