Clean Shutdown Stuck at "stopping emhttpd"

Sytem will not complete clean shutdown. Stuck at "stopping emhttpd".  Notice 1 drive and cache active. Help?

    I've had this before as well. This is what worked for me.

     

    Try logging into the server (either via console or SSH). 

     

    Issue the top command. Find the process id for the dockerd process.

     

    Issue the  kill  command for the process. eg: kill 1234 (where 1234 is the dockerd process id).
