Please add driverfor Silicon Image controller

Featured Replies

Hi all,

please would it be possible to include driver for PATA controller :

03:01.0 RAID bus controller: Silicon Image, Inc. PCI0680 Ultra ATA-133 Host Controller (rev 02)
Subsystem: Silicon Image, Inc. Winic W-680 (Silicon Image 680 based)
Flags: bus master, medium devsel, latency 32, IRQ 11

I think it is the pata_sil680 linux driver

 Thanks in advance,

best regards,

Podo.

I would be surprised if the necessary driver isn't already there. What makes you think it isn't?

Hi,

fdisk -l does not show the connected devices....

How can I prove it is, or it is not included ?

Thanks,

regards,

Podo.

Post your diagnostics: Tools -> Diagnostics

Yep, no driver loaded, you'll need to ask LT to add it.
