Plex freezing on dell R430 Server

I have a Dell r430 running Unraid natively.  Using SSD drives.  THe player is a Roku.  The stream keeps buffering constantly for some reason.  I tried different network cords all the way to the switch.  My previous Mac Pro works fine with no issues.  My dell server has a single cpu  

 Xeon(R) CPU E5-2620 v4 @ 2.10GHz

32GB ram also.  Any reason why this setup is not working well?  I tried different using APple TV,  Chrome on a laptop and Roku and they all have the same resuts.  All network gear is ubiquiti.
