Web UI loads and partially works, but most buttons don't work

Featured Replies

I am running version 6.4.0 and ran into an issue with the web gui today.  It loads up fine but much of the content within each page of the web gui doesn't load properly and a lot of the buttons don't work.  I was able to view the Sysog

I tried restarting via command line and now I am running into the same issue after a power cycle.  The web gui loads but mostly doesn't work. When I click the Start array button nothing happens.

Dashboard - loads but no server data seems to populate the fields.  It doesn't show any of my disks and the System Status Load Statistics are just empty gray bars with no activity

Main - None of my disks show up, clicking the Reboot or Power down buttons don't work.  After a command line reboot, I can tick the check box for 'Maintenance Mode' but clicking the Start button doesn't work.

Shares - page loads but can't interact because array isn't started

Users - loads and fully functional - i can click into different users and make changes

Settings - loads and I can click into the different sub-categories and change settings, but clicking any of the Apply or Done buttons doesn't work.

Plugins - nothing loads

Docker - I can see all my dockers but clicking on them doesn't open the context menu.  If i shut them down via command line their status in the UI does update.

VMs - I can see all my VMs but clicking on them doesn't open the context menu.

Apps - I see the CA header but nothing loads

Stats - I see the Disk Stats and System Stats tabs but nothing loads.

Tools - some of the sub-menus work, some dont.  I can click into Diagnostics but the Download button doesn't work.  Processes does show running processes.  System Devices page loads up but just spins on 'Please wait...retrieving information!".

Logout - nothing happens when I click

>_Terminal - Terminal window opens up normally

Feedback - nothing happens when I click

Help - nothing happens when I click

Log - nothing happens when I click

I can't run Diagnostics but I was able to use the Terminal to get the output of the Syslog and attached it here.

Any ideas?

Update - just after posting this topic I decided to try accessing the web gui through another browser.  I was using Chrome before so I tried with Firefox this time and it works fine.  So seems to be some type of issue with Chrome - any idea what could be causing this or what I can do to make it work in Chrome again?

Clearing the cache fixed it thanks!!  Regarding the 3ware errors - yea unraid doesn't like my controller and spams stuff like that all day long, but as far as I can tell they are just a nuisance and don't cause me any problems.
