Nvidia Code 43 Woes

I installed a Zotac GTX 1050 Ti Mini in my server today. I made a Windows 10 VM and installed the Nvidia drivers. Reboot and device manager shows code 43 error. I've searched around and there is plenty of information about this but there are many different solutions of which most seem to be deprecated. What do I do? I'm not trying to do anything complicated, just pass through this GPU to the VM so I can connect it to my TV.
