VM kept getting IP address from another domain?

Featured Replies

Hi, I am not sure what happened but recently I find that all my VMs are getting the wrong IP address from another domain. My home network is 192.168.1.XX (DHCP server is my router = 192.168.1.1). But the VMs are getting address range like 192.168.122.XX sometimes 192.168.128.XX.

In network Settings -> routing table I have these:

IPV4    default    192.168.1.1 via br0

IPV4    192.168.1.0/24    br0

IPV4    192.168.122.0/24    virbr0

I think the virbr0 could be the problem but when i click the delete icon, it just won't let me.

Could someone please kindly assist.

Edit: added the network settings screenshots.

Thanks

Choose br0 in the network Bridge setting in the VM template and you should get an IP from your router.

Thanks Saarg. I already have br0 enabled in the VM settings but it is still getting the wrong IP address.

Try to re-apply the settings of your VMs.
