Cron command failed. (Dynamix ssd trim)

Featured Replies

I get a cron error every time "dynamix SSD trym" pluging is scheduled to run.

" fstrim: /mnt/disks/320GB_FOTOS: FITRIM ioctl failed: No such file or directory "

Where can I delete this cron task as I don't have this HDD attached any more?

I don't see any options in SSD trym plugin.

Why SSD trym is not aware of the disc removed?

Thankyou
Gus

The options for this are under the Scheduler in Settings, you can disable it from there or remove the plugin if you don't have any other SSDs.

It looks like it is detecting an unassigned device that was removed, that's a bit of a corner case.  Does the 320GB drive still show in unassigned devices?

Yes it was an unassigned device.

It isn't in my system anymore. (and it wasn't an ssd. It was a 320GB usb mechanical hdd)

Why do then the trim is executed over this hdd?

I can disable the plugin but not remove the execution over this detached disc.

If I turn off the plugin it will not be executed over my main SSD cache drive? I tought it was for this.

Thankyou
Gus
