Manually Start VM engine?

Ok,  so I rebooted three times,  enabled and disabled VM service but it still says:

 

Status: Stopped

 

I can not get it to start or find any info in the logs....   Is there a manual start command I can run to try and catch the error?

    I ended up deleting and rebuilding libvirt.img and then readding my vm's.      all is good now.
