Hello folks, Having a lot of fun with unraid, got the pro license after just 2 days of testing, Quite remarkable performance and features! Looking forward to removing my traditional 25 bay sas-ssd array in favor of this unraid solution, my esxi server is a dl580g7 with 4 x7560 8c/8t cpu's and 128gb of ram, kinda limited with the raid 6 arrays im running now on the p812 raid card. Cant wait to see some other peoples labs.

I thought the 7560 could only run 2 at a time max?

No sir, when I acquired this server, I placed an order through tech data for 4 OEM tray cpu's, once installed they have given me zero issues, But i just built 2 shuttle sz270r8 with 7700k's, I'm debating on giving the 580 to someone that wants a 4kw peak space heater, and moving from esxi to unraid. 

 

 

Also I have the latest proliant SPP if you find yourself in need of firmware updates or the advanced array config util.
