GUI only visible in banner area

An Issue just started on my server.  When logging into my server or selecting a different menu area (dashboard, main, etc) everything looks normal.  After about 10 seconds of being on the page the entire GUI "shifts" to the banner area.  The bottom portion of the browser window turns black and a scroll bar appears in the banner section.  I can use that bar and navigate unRAID as normal, but only in the GUI. 

 

*edit - this only happens in chrome.  Firefox works as nornal

    Be sure to whitelist your unRAID server in Chrome and turn-off any ad or popup blockers.

    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
    3. Find Notifications and adjust your preference.
