Your server has run out of memory

Featured Replies

Just got this message:

Your server has run out of memory, and processes (potentially required) are being killed off. You should post your diagnostics and ask for assistance on the unRaid forums

It happened after adding a new VM. Any help is greatly appreciated.

On mobile, so can't look at diagnostics but how much memory do you have in total and how much are you assigning to VMs and how many docker containers are you running.

It really could be as simple as you're running out of memory rather than an error.

16GB total, 6 dockers, 3 VMs. Looks like it is back to the memory store.

What memory are you allocating to the VMs?

Total of 6 GB between 3 Ms.

Leaving 10GB for Unraid should be fine. More than enough, confusing me now......

Win 10 is the only one running. Ran out of memory when Win 10, Win 8, and LibreElec were all running. Win 8 and LibreE are not starting now as seen in the screen capture.

Good point, I will edit the VMs and see what happens next. The memory warning resolved with a reboot.

Many thanks
