How to utilize 10g with VM

Hi,

 

Good day! I have a 10G card on my unraid server and I tried copying files from unraid server cache (SSD) to my VM (Windows 7 SSD) - different SSDs. Transfer speed is around less than 20% of the 10G (max 208mb/s). Anyway I can make this faster? If the files are on the array the speed is just around 10% (<100mb/s).
