Plex dockers not starting after update to 6.5.2

I'm not sure if this is a bug with 6.5.2 or not, but, since updating plex dockers are not working (and were working before). I've tried both linuxserver.io's plex docker and the official PMS one. Both exhibit the same problem. I get "site refused to connect" error when trying to browse to the WebUI.
