Slow Preformance after changing a port

I added UniFi for access points making me change the port of my SABnzbd to 18080. I have not made any other change but it seems anytime anything downloads now the whole system and all the dockers come to a crawl.

 

I have a SSD Cache drive that had kept the speeds good up till now. And i have not made any other changes.

 

Any suggestions?
