GUI menu button CSS artifacts [Solved]

Featured Replies

I don't recall when it started but for at least two updates now I've been having issues with the right side of the GUI - where things like Logout and Terminal as well as Alerts, Warnings, and Messages live.

Specifically, the Alerts, Warnings, and Messages numbers have no backgrounds (I know they did ad one point in time) though clicking on them does work.  But more annoyingly the Logout, Terminal, Feeback, Help, Info, Log, and Power buttons are only visible (barely) if I zoom to 150% and hover over them so I can see the tooltip (which seems to be missing from Power).

This happens to me in the current versions of both Firefox and Chrome on more than one system (though both are Windows 10).

I don't have any ad-blockers or other funky addons (that I'm aware of) and am running totally local to my LAN so not going through pfSense or any other odd routers.  I've tried:

- clearing my cashes

- refreshing my pages,

- using Incognito/Private windows

- disabling my system AV (different on each test machine)

Any thoughts on how I might diagnose this?

Your screen resolution is too low to make all icons fit in the header.

You have the choice to move some buttons (e.g. "users") outside the header and/or suppress the "Utilization Indicator" to free up space.

D'Oh! Now I feel like an idiot - I never tried REDUCING the zoom level.

I've got it working now, thanks!
