Unclean shutdowns. Unraid dropping off the network.

Featured Replies

I originally setup my server just after christmas last year. I had been running for months without issue. Lately I have had the server drop completely off the network twice. The router no longer sees the server, nor docker containers with other assigned ip addresses. I typically run the server headless, but the first time it happened I hooked up a monitor and keyboard, but nothing was visible. I do not have a discrete video card, only Intel HD Graphics 4000 on my i3-3225. Unfortunately I've been out of town both times it has happened, so I've only come across it hours after the fact when I come home. I've attached two diagnostic zips from when it has happened. Looking forward to any help I may receive. Thanks in advance.

You might try Fix Common Problems - Troubleshooting Mode. It will periodically save diagnostics to flash so you can get them later.

Have you tried memtest (on the boot menu)?

Not yet. I've previously used this hardware as an htpc for years without issue, but I'll give that a shot.

You're having constant call traces related to macvlan, see here for more info.

Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Going to remove the pihole container for now.
