Drive with UNC Errors

I started getting some UNC errors on a drive today and i ran an extended smart test.

Online some people are saying its not that serious, the drive isn't making any noises if it faulty ?

SMART doesn't look, but the fact that it failed the extended test is enough to get it replaced.

Strange that it doesn't show any uncorrectable sectors.

 

Maybe it couldn't even locate the track or block.
