Logged in to the server this morning to find drive 3 failed and 1 & 2 showing Unmountable: No file system. Diagnostics zip attached. Any help would be appreciated.

Problem is the Marvell controller, the 4 disks connected there dropped offline, rebooting should get the unmountable disks back, disk3 will still need to be rebuild though, preferably using a new controller, like an LSI.

Cool. That got the two drives back online with the 3rd emulated. I'm running a backup now and will replace the failed drive tomorrow. Any recommendations on a controller card that won't break the bank. This is a small system that can hold a max of 6 drives.

If you don't plan on needing more than 6 ports total get an Adaptec 1430SA, you can get then for like $20 on ebay.
