Cut/Copy speeds between drives is very slow

I recently installed my first parity drive, and since then I'm getting some slow speeds when I pull large files off my unraid server when I move them to a new folder on the server. 

Parity: 8TB Drive
Drive 1: 250GB

Drive 2: 2TB
Drive 3, 4, 5 and 6: 8TB Drives.

My speeds my start out at like 100-110MB/s but will drop down to (on averag) 5MB/sec.  Sometimes dropping completely down to 0Bytes and sitting there for a second or two before going back up to 5MB/sec.  It will randomly climb back up to 100MB/s, stay there for a few seconds, then fall back down to 5MB/sec. 

This happens when I use FileZilla to pull files off the server, Windows Explorer to pull files off, put them on or move them to a different folder. 

Any idea?  Or how do I go about trouble shooting this to figure out why they are moving so slow?
