Call traces and disabled drive

hi guys

 

I'm having trouble with a disabled drive, which I have replaced and attempted to rebuild however the process completed too quickly and remains disabled. I have again unassigned the drive and rebooted but now there is no option to rebuild the array - only to start the array. There is also now a call traces warning. Do I have a bad array card?

    Diags don't cover the rebuild, but call traces are unrelated and look harmless, disabled disk look fine, so check connections and try again, if it fails grab the diags before rebooting.

     

    The rebuild again: stop the array, unassign disk5, start the array, stop the array, re-assign disk5, start the array to begin the rebuild.
