There are quit a few errors- ata3: exception Emask 0x10 SAct 0x0 SErr 0x4050000 action 0xe frozen and also lots of php warning for rc.diskinfo. June 9, 20188 yr rc.diskinfo[17266]: PHP Warning: Use of undefined constant ID_MODEL - assumed 'ID_MODEL' And the million others. Preclear needs an update to handle this warning. Its just a warning, no harm no foul. You can however silence them via Tips & Tweaks plugins and disable Show PHP warnings (which you've previously enabled)

June 9, 20188 yr Author No, but I actually only had it installed for a total of about 10 or 15 minutes. Its a refurbished drive that I just bought and now am RMAing. Not sure how often unRaid sends those alerts or if they do for drives not in the array? It was never formatted or mounted (couldn't). Just wanted to be sure the log entries were for the 2TB Hitachi that I'm replacing already and not some other drive.
