Reconnect (passthoughed) GPU to unraid when VM stops?

Featured Replies

So my VMs are running fine, GPU passthrough is also working (I didn’t have to „hide“ it from unraid nor did I need a vbios file), but I have one problem:

If I start my unraid machine my monitor will display the unraid console. If I then start a VM (which uses the GPU) my monitor will show the VM. But when stopping the VM, my monitor won‘t show anything anymore, at least until I start some VM again or restart my unraid server completely. But I’m not able to see the console again. Or is it just normal behavior?

Thanks!

Felix
