Following to see if you get anywhere with this as I've been getting W10 VM lockups and crashes for the last couple of weeks, that I think has co-incided with 6.5.3rc1 (will install 6.5.3 later today).  I've submitted a ticket to LT, so hopefully might find the problem

You can run mover.  I don't know what shares should be on the cache drive or not.  IE: You've got your share starting with a "V" set to be cache prefer, so it will always try to put any files onto the cache drive.

 

Under the shares tab you can also click "Calculate" to see where the files for that share are stored.  Perhaps a prior misconfiguration resulted on them going to the cache drive, and you then changed the cache setting for the share to be NO which would result in the files staying put.
