UNRAID6 All Apps and VM have disappear, what do I do?

Hello, went to do some stuff on the computer and none of the apps or VM are showing anymore.

Everything has disappear, what do I do now?

I dont really want to start from the beginning, It took me sometime to understand how to get them 

setup and running the way I wanted it to work. I still didnt get then  working correctly but now everything is gone but the files!

    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
