Can't connect to my tower

Hi,

 

I can't connect to my NAS through the web on my laptop like I usually do to restart unraid after a power outage. I can see the tower on my router's network map but I get a network connection time out when I try to access it my typing the ip address.

 

Here is the diagnostics file. I hope someone can help me out. I have forgotten most of what I did to get this running several years ago.
